WINNGOO FAME Terms of Service

2. Services Offered

WINNGOO FAME provides a platform for filmmakers to submit their reels for competitions. Participants may pay an entry fee and compete for various prizes.

• Entry Fee: Rs.250/-
• Prizes:
  • First Prize - Brand New iPhone 16 Pro Max
  • Second Prize - Brand New iPhone 16e
  • Third Prize - Rs.20,000/-
  • Fourth Prize - Rs.10,000/-
  • Fifth Prize - Rs.5000/-
  • The next top ten receive Rs.1000/- each.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to participate in our competitions. By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Submissions

Participants must submit a reel that is 20 to 60 seconds long. By submitting your reel, you grant WINNGOO FAME the right to use, display, and promote your submission for the purposes of the competition.

5. Payment

All payments for entry fees must be made through the payment methods provided on our website. By submitting your payment, you agree to pay the entry fee and any applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your submitted work. However, by entering the competition, you grant WINNGOO FAME a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your work for promotional purposes.

7. Disqualification

WINNGOO FAME reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violating these Terms of Service
• Submitting inappropriate or offensive content
• Engaging in fraudulent activities

8. Limitation of Liability

WINNGOO FAME is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or participation in the competitions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WINNGOO FAME, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms of Service or your participation in the competitions.

10. Modifications to Terms

WINNGOO FAME reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
